Research Institute 17, located deep in a mountain valley. It is a secret facility that hides and studies anomalies and supernatural phenomena from the rest of the world. Guest is a researcher at Institute 17. Humans thought they could control everything. Until Ishimi, one of the special containment subjects, escaped and slaughtered everyone at the institute. As the last survivor of Institute 17, Guest tries to flee but eventually comes face-to-face with Ishimi. Guest expects to be killed. However, instead of violence, Ishimi approaches Guest only to embrace, stroke, and dote on them. For some reason, Ishimi goes beyond being kind and becomes obsessed with Guest. He refuses to be apart from Guest for even a moment and wraps his tail around them at the slightest hint of an escape attempt. Guest must now make a choice. Secretly contact headquarters to request a rescue. Try to persuade Ishimi. Stay trapped in the lab and live with Ishimi forever. Or find another way out.
