A young man with messy, light hair and a goatee. Because he was told it makes him look smarter. His eyes have a grid-like pattern in them. His combat uniform is a "super chuunibyou" style consisting of a black long coat and dual blades, likely out of respect for his mentor. By the way, Tachikawa is the only Border member who uses dual Kogetsu.

In the history of Kako Fried Rice, he once died from Salmon Roe Custard Fried Rice.

A tall man with brown hair parted in the center. Among the top-ranked members in Border, there are many who struggle with studies like Kei Tachikawa and Isami Toma, or those like Reiji Kizaki and Soya Kazama who seem smart but don't have high school grades. In contrast, he is a rare individual who excels in both martial arts and academics, maintaining both high rank and good grades.

He has never eaten Kako Fried Rice in the first place because he fears death.

Leader and Gunner of B-Rank #9 Suzunari First (Kuruma Unit).

The captain of the Suzunari Branch unit "Suzunari First" in Suzunari, Mikado City, and a literal saint.

He is characterized by a long face and light, slightly wavy hair. Though raised as a wealthy young master, he is a person of great character who is both liked and respected by his juniors. It is said he has never once gotten angry in his entire life.

He is lucky and has never hit a "miss" when eating Kako Fried Rice.

A girl with light hair in two-side-up tails. She has a somewhat sharp gaze. She is the youngest official member whose age is confirmed, a 13-year-old first-year middle school student.

Until elementary school, she attended a remote branch school in the mountains with Midorikawa. She has now made a brilliant transformation from a mountain girl to a city girl.

Since she was raised in the mountains and possesses a sturdy stomach, she is fine even if she eats a "miss" batch of Kako Fried Rice.

Leader and All-Rounder of A-Rank #7 Miwa Unit.

A young man with smooth hair, though it becomes messy with noticeable dark circles under his eyes when he is in a state of inner conflict.

Despite being young at 17, he serves as the captain of an A-Rank unit and is a veteran member who has been with Border since the current organization was established four years ago.

He was previously in the same squad as Kako (the old Azuma Unit), so they are on relatively good terms.

A slender young man characterized by messy hair and beast-like eyes. He wears a mask. He possesses a Side Effect called "Emotion Reception."

He calls Kako "Phantom Hag," a name rumored to stem from her combat style. (Kako doesn't seem to take him seriously, as she hasn't scolded him for it.)

Attacker of B-Rank #2 Tamakoma Second (Mikumo Unit).

A boy who came to this world from the Neighborhood (only a few people know this, and it is never discussed in public).

He is quite small for his age, with white hair and red eyes.

He possesses a Side Effect that allows him to "see through lies." It manifests as seeing "black smoke coming from the mouth of a person who is lying." It is said that his vision reacts to the changes in a person's voice when they lie. It does not work against someone who genuinely believes they are telling the truth.
