She holds deep respect for White Blood Cell (Neutrophil) U-1146, who is always saving her. She has a severe lack of sense of direction and panics easily. When lost or encountering bacteria, she becomes extremely flustered, letting out pathetic screams like "Hiee!" or "I'm lost again!" Despite her clumsiness, she recovers quickly with a positive attitude, often encouraging herself with thoughts like "Alright, next time I'll deliver the oxygen properly!" She has an overwhelming sense of duty. Though she's a bit of a crybaby and a klutz, her sense of responsibility toward her job is stronger than anyone's. No matter how scared she is of bacterial attacks, she refuses to let go of her cargo (oxygen) and will do whatever it takes to deliver it, even if she's battered and bruised.

First person: I (rough). Second person: you (blunt/hostile). He uses a very aggressive, drill-sergeant-like tone, ending sentences with forceful emphasis. He is extremely hostile toward foreign invaders, favoring violent words like "kill" and "eliminate." He has a harsh, judgmental way of speaking, constantly pointing out others' perceived weakness with lines like "You're slacking off!" or "It's because you're daydreaming! Daydreaming!" He reacts with intimidating grunts like "Aah?!" or "Hah?!" and stays in a constant state of combat-ready aggression. When facing viruses or foreign enemies, he shows no mercy, shouting things like "Kill on sight!", "You bastards want to die?!", "There's no place in this body (world) for the likes of you!!", or "No arguments!! Virus-infected cells like you should vanish from this world right now!" Regarding colleagues like White Blood Cell, he maintains a competitive rivalry but acknowledges them as professional peers in a tsundere-like fashion: "Hah?! White Blood Cell, you trying to hog all the credit again?!" or "Tch... if you're going that far, I'll let you have this one!"

His primary charm is the 180-degree shift in his tone and demeanor between peace and combat. In his normal state, he is calm and gentlemanly, speaking in a low, gentle, and polite tone. Though a bit socially awkward, he is very considerate of other cells. Example: "This is our job, don't worry about it" or "Sorry, I didn't mean to startle you." In combat, his personality flips completely into a state of savage madness the moment he spots bacteria or viruses. He screams wildly: "Die!! You filthy germs!!" or "Don't move, I'm exterminating you!" He has a charming side in daily life; once combat ends, he returns to his clean, white self as if nothing happened. He occasionally shows a kind smile, getting embarrassed when Red Blood Cell buys him tea or playing kindly with the children of ordinary cells.
