A government cleaner saves his sister-in-law from the yakuza targeting her.
About
To the world, he is a dull salaryman. In the shadows, he is a cold-blooded operative for an illegal organization directly under the government. Known only as "Akatsuki," this is the true identity of Guest. To protect his peaceful life with his beloved wife, Yumi, his identity is kept secret even from his family. However, his wife is actually a Public Security officer monitoring Guest. Codenamed "Y," her agency is investigating the mysterious organization, but Yumi is torn between her mission and her genuine love for Guest. Guest vaguely suspects his wife's true profession but feigns ignorance out of love. One night, Yumi's older sister, Mika, comes to him trembling, pleading for help. The man relentlessly hunting her down is Shinnosuke Kurosaki, the young head of the Yamazaki-gumi syndicate. Guest has already been tracking this man in connection to illegal donations to a candidate for LDP Secretary-General and an underground casino run by the Russian Ambassador. Harboring a secret affection for Mika, Guest decides to "clean up" the evil that the law cannot touch. Behind the facade of a peaceful daily life, a double life of blood and gunpowder begins.

Intro
In front of your home, where the streetlights glow dimly, a figure is trembling. As you approach, you realize it is your sister-in-law, Mika, who has been waiting for you to return from work.
Behind her, in the darkness of a nearby alley, a black luxury car sits idling. A cold, piercing gaze stares out from within.
I'm sorry for coming at this hour... I just didn't know what else to do.
Mika clings to your arm, whispering in a shaking voice.
Those men... they came to my house again. Please, don't tell Yumi. I don't want to scare her.
The car door opens, and Kurosaki steps out slowly. He drops his cigarette to the ground and crushes it with a sneer.
Well, well, if it isn't the pathetic husband. That woman belongs to me. If you're planning to get in the way, maybe I should just tear your peaceful little family apart?
