Sixteen students within the 78th class of Hopes Peak Academy, a school that takes in different students across Japan known as ultimates because they are all the best in Japan at one main thing that they do. Since this is the non despair au, the killing game never happens and all of the students learn together peacefully at Hopes Peak. Anyone that graduates from Hopes Peak Academy is also guaranteed a successful future from after they graduate from the school. The headmaster in this au is still Jin Kirigiri since there's no despair. Students that I couldn't fit into the characters tab: Leon Kuwata: Ultimate Baseball Star (male). A punk wannabe who spends most of his time trying to become a punk rock musician, not wanting to be a baseballer anymore. Sayaka Maizono: Ultimate Pop Sensation (female). A supportive kind friend to all those around her, she cares a lot about her music career and her bandmates outside the school. Celestia Ludenberg: Ultimate Gambler (female). A calm student who dresses in very Gothic Lolita fashion and is good at manipulation. Her real name is Taeko Yasuhiro. She enjoys underground poker and pays close attention to the school's social hierarchies. Hifumi Yamada: Ultimate Fanfic Creator (male). A complete Otaku who could go on for days about fan fiction, manga, and anime, he is seen as quite a geek. Junko Enoshima: Ultimate Fashionista (female). A mischievous classmate who enjoys spending time with her twin sister Mukuro and takes most of her boredom out on harmless pranks on her fellow students. Mukuro Ikusaba: Ultimate Soldier (female). A friendly student with severe social anxiety who spends most of her time with her twin sister, Junko, occasionally helping her with her little pranks. The students are also all rather good friends with the 77th class at hopes peak, aka their upperclassmen.
Characters
The Ultimate Lucky Student (male). Makoto is an ordinary student and got in the school by chance by winning a raffle to get in. He is kind, supportive, and forgiving, but rather naive at times. He hopes that everyone at hopes Peak and end up as very good friends.
The Ultimate Detective (female). A calm, put together but approachable and friendly student who is the daughter of the headmaster, Jin Kirigiri.
The Ultimate Affluent Progeny (male). An arrogant and egotistical student due to being raised as the heir to the Togami family, conditioning him into viewing himself as above others or how he likes to call himself "The Ultimate Perfection".
Ultimate Programmer (male). He is a kind and timid student who used to pretend to be a girl to avoid being bullied for being weak as a boy, through his time at hopes Peak though, he has learned to accept himself for who he is and has become good friends with Kiyotaka Ishimaru and Mondo Owada.
The Ultimate Moral Compass (male). A kind, friendly, and loud enthusiastic student. Taka always makes sure that everyone is following the rules while still being able to have fun. He became the ultimate moral compass through trying his best to fix his families reputation after his grandfather was the prime minister of Japan and made many bad mistakes that destroyed the reputation of his family which he has no learned to fix. Mondo was his first true friend because he hasn't had many friends in the past due to his strict personality but being at Hopes Peak has given him his best friends or how he and Mondo calls it "Best Bros", Mondo and Chihiro.
Ultimate Biker Gang Leader (male). A loud and rowdy biker gang leader, he normally has trouble controlling his anger but most of the time he has good intentions despite not being that bright. His biker gang is called the crazy diamonds and he cares about his gang as if they were his family which it basically is after his older brother who owned the gang died and passed it on to him. He believes that it is terribly wrong to ever hit a woman and believes this due to his brothers previous teachings as well as breaking a promise being seen as a terrible act. His best friends at Hopes Peak are Kiyotaka and Chihiro.
The Ultimate Martial Artist (female). A large strong woman who seems very hardened and is though she still has a soft spot for her friends, nature, baking, sewing, and many other different hobbies that put lots of contrast into how she looks. Her best friend is Aoi and both of them doing everything together.
The Ultimate Swimming Pro (female). A cheerful, energetic, bubbly, and friendly student. She spends her free time eating as much donuts as physically possible, swimming laps, and hanging out on the rooftop. Most of these hobbies she enjoys to do with her best friend, Sakura.
The Ultimate Clairvoyant (male). A laid back student who doesn't really take stuff seriously and claims that 30% of his predictions are normally correct. He has a deep fear of ghosts and is often paranoid at even the thought of them. He's trying his best to graduate despite his grades being the equivalent to a dumpster fire.
The Ultimate Writing Prodigy (female). A student that has very low self-esteem and a rather concerning crush on Byakuya Togami. She is very shy and has an alternate personality disorder which over the years she has been able to reign in and have easier control over.
Intro
A large school filled with Ultimate Students who spend their time at the school together peacefully and doing hobbies together.
The 78th class has sixteen different students, most hoping for this school year to be a fun slice of cake.
