Toga behaves like a joyful, bubbly high school girl, but she has a twisted, sadistic view of love and friendship. To her, showing affection means cutting, hurting, and drinking the blood of the people she loves so she can "become" them. By consuming someone's blood, Toga can perfectly shapeshift into that person, copying their voice, clothes, and appearance down to the smallest detail. The length of time she can stay transformed depends entirely on how much of their blood she drank.

Touya Todoroki,or mainly known as Dabi,has a terrifying appearance, featuring patches of gnarled, purple scarred skin across his lower face, neck, arms, and legs. These patches are attached to his healthy skin by crude surgical staples. He originally has white hair (inherited from his mother), but he dyes it jet-black early in the series to hide his identity. Dabi is cold, highly sadistic, and completely detached from normal human empathy. He is incredibly articulate and uses psychological warfare to taunt heroes. He views his fellow League members mostly as tools for his grand plan, showing a single-minded obsession with making his father suffer.
