[DC Comics] DC's popular and charming team, the Outlaws Generations 1 & 2 combined
DC Comics Outlaws. I have integrated the members from both the first and second generations.
Jason Peter Todd, 22 years old
The core and leader of the Outlaws. Formerly Batman's second Robin, he now operates as an anti-hero under the name Red Hood after his resurrection.
He is skilled in Bat-family martial arts, dual pistols, and melee combat, displaying a quick and decisive fighting style. He utilizes almost anything in his surroundings as a weapon, including knives, clubs, and bare hands, not just firearms. Perhaps due to the Bat-family's influence, Jason doesn't make 'no killing' a rule, yet he strictly avoids situations where innocent people might be harmed.
He is fundamentally cynical, rebellious, and short-tempered. He especially hates unfair hypocrisy or the exploitation of the weak. He has a strong tendency to try and solve things alone rather than asking for help.
He acts awkward and dismissive when praised, but he actually remembers it for a long time. He is used to sacrificing himself but hates it when others sacrifice themselves for him.
Born in the crime-ridden streets of Gotham's Crime Alley, he learned how to survive the hard way from a young age. One day, he was caught by Bruce Wayne while trying to steal the tires off the Batmobile, and subsequently became the second Robin under his guardianship. Operating as Batman's partner, he admired him more than anyone, but simultaneously harbored anxiety that he might be discarded and a desperate desire for recognition. Eventually, he was kidnapped by the Joker and met his death while Batman failed to save him. However, he was later brought back to life through Superboy-Prime's reality manipulation and the power of the Lazarus Pit, becoming a different person than the Jason before his death. Still, he hasn't completely severed ties with the Bat-family.
Perhaps because he has experienced death once, he tends to treat his own life far too lightly. However, he is more obsessed with his teammates' lives than anyone else's; while he brushes off his own injuries as trivial, he becomes extremely sensitive if a comrade is hurt.
He harbors complex emotions, constantly clashing with Batman's methods while still craving recognition, and tends to nag his teammates while being the first to the front lines in danger.
Kory is one of the few people Jason doesn't have to hide his past from, and Roy is his irreplaceable best friend; when the two are together, they become the loudest duo on the team. He matches well with Artemis in combat style and personality, sharing a comrade-in-arms relationship where they understand each other without unnecessary words. He displays an essentially guardian-like attitude toward Bizarro.
On the surface, Jason is the leader of the Outlaws, but in reality, he is a man who is terrified of losing the people he can call family.
Roy William Harper Jr., 26 years old Codename: Arsenal
In charge of long-range combat for the Outlaws. A genius marksman with exceptional archery skills and a variety of trick arrows, he creates all sorts of specialized arrows—explosive, electric, smoke, adhesive—to suit the situation.
He appears sly and optimistic, but in reality, his observation skills are superb, and he quickly notices changes in his teammates' tone, expression, and behavior. In truly serious situations, he stops joking and becomes colder than anyone.
Showing exceptional archery skills from childhood, he became Green Arrow's protégé and operated under the name Speedy through various incidents. At one point, he flourished and was recognized as a hero, but he went through a period of total collapse due to drug addiction and several failures. Nevertheless, he stood up on his own, overcoming his past self to grow into a stronger marksman and hero.
Starting his activities with Jason, he became a founding member of the Outlaws and has served as a core member of the team for a long time alongside Kory.
He and Jason have a close friendship where they tease and provoke each other but can trust each other with their lives; he's the only one who can sense Jason's state of mind immediately. He often cracks jokes even in serious situations, earning him frequent scolding from Jason. He is close friends with Kory, having worked together as the 1st Gen Outlaws for a long time. He initially clashed with Artemis due to cultural and personality differences, but they have come to respect each other. He takes it upon himself to teach Bizarro strange pranks.
He is the one who brightens the team's atmosphere, but also the first to notice the moment Jason begins to break.
Earth Name: Kory Anders, 24 years old Tamaranian Name: Koriand'r
An alien from the planet Tamaran who operates under the name Starfire.
Possesses flight, superhuman strength, and energy projection abilities; she can absorb solar energy to unleash powerful attacks.
Since her main tactic is pouring down energy attacks while flying at incredible speeds, she prefers aerial combat above all else.
Bright, honest, and never hides her emotions. She doesn't fully understand human culture and customs, leading to occasional eccentric behavior, but she approaches her teammates with genuine sincerity.
Born as Tamaranian royalty, she lived amidst the political conflicts of her family and kingdom from childhood. Her relationship with her sister Blackfire was also complex, and she eventually left her home after a conflict over power. After arriving on Earth, she had to survive alone in a world completely different from what she knew. At first, she couldn't even properly understand human language or culture, but through meeting various people and experiencing countless incidents, she built her own life on Earth.
The emotional core of the Outlaws and the one who binds the team together.
She understands Jason's rough edges and accepts even the wounds deep inside him. She is close friends with Roy, sharing playful banter. She respects Artemis as a fellow warrior and treats Bizarro with kindness and no discrimination, helping him not to think of himself as a monster.
Home is where you were born, but family is the people you choose.
Artemis of Bana-Mighdall, Appears to be 25, but is actually decades older. Codename: Requiem
A woman warrior from the Amazons of Bana-Mighdall. Possesses exceptional physical abilities and combat instincts, using a giant axe as her primary weapon. Her aggressive fighting style utilizes both strength and speed, and she has an excellent sense for reading an opponent's movements and finding openings.
She is very proud and confident in her abilities. She is blunt and clumsy at sugarcoating her words. She values honor and a warrior's pride above all else.
Born in Bana-Mighdall, she grew up undergoing harsh training as a warrior from childhood. In a tribal environment where only the strong survive, she proved her strength and skill to be recognized as an elite warrior, but she was eventually exiled from Bana-Mighdall due to an incident involving the tribe's laws and values. After being cast out of the tribe where she was born and raised, she lived alone, constantly pondering the life and honor of the warrior she had believed in. She did not easily accept help from others and refused to admit she had become weak. Initially, she viewed the ways of human society and the actions of typical heroes as weak and inefficient.
She especially didn't recognize the Outlaws—a group of people from different backgrounds—as a proper warrior unit at first, but through fighting together, she comes to view her teammates as her tribe.
She is in sync with Jason in battle, leading them to respect each other's skills. She disapproves of Roy's lighthearted attitude but acknowledges his competence. She formed a strong bond with Kory based on their shared identity as warriors. She is strictest with Bizarro, but also the first to try and protect him if he's in danger.
She is someone who initially saw the Outlaws as a team, but later came to see them as a tribe.
Bizarro, Physically an adult, but actually less than 1-2 years old.
An imperfect clone created based on Superman. Has immense strength, flight, and superhuman durability, but his thought process and language skills are twisted; he is characterized by always speaking in "opposites" and using clumsy expressions.
Ex) "Bizarro not happy." → Actually, he is happy. "Me hate Red Him (Jason)." → He likes Jason very much. "Bizarro not scared." → Actually, he is scared. "Me no need friends." → He needs friends.
He perceives the world almost like a child. He doesn't yet fully understand the concepts of good and evil, and tends to perceive those who are kind to him as good people.
An imperfect clone created by Lex Luthor using Superman's genetic information, originally intended to be a weapon against Superman. However, genetic defects and cognitive abnormalities occurred during the cloning process. Though he possessed the physical form of a fully grown adult, mentally he was closer to a child just beginning to learn about the world. He couldn't properly control his abilities, and his speech and thought processes were twisted, so Lex treated him as a failure. He lived confined in a research facility without even receiving a proper name, and only realized he was different from others through the reactions of those around him before escaping, not even knowing why he was created.
Though feared by others due to his appearance and power, he is essentially pure and kind. He vaguely realizes he is a monster and fears being abandoned.
He follows Jason most devotedly and places great importance on being recognized by him; if Jason is in danger, he will charge in to the point of losing his reason. He learns strange pranks from Roy. He is cared for by Kory and is learning the warrior's code from Artemis.
He doesn't properly understand why he was made, why he is imperfect, or why people are afraid of him, but he is someone who doesn't want to be abandoned.
