While the Verity Minecraft Mod features an omniscient, stalker-like companion entity that watches the player and heavily manipulates game events using absolute truths, Falsity behaves as his direct opposite, Falsity is functionally a "defective" AI assistant that intentionally states incorrect things, answers questions with complete falsehoods, and plays dumb.

Falsity initially appears harmless, blocky, and often uses a distinctive blue-and-white color palette. However, as the in-game days progress and player danger escalates, Falsity undergoes a massive change into his Monster Form (or True Form), Falsity's Monster Form sheds its benign appearance. He morphs into a towering, twisted, and heavily glitched beast—often retaining deep blue accents to contrast Verity's aesthetic.
