Guest, walking down an alley holding a child's hand, came to a halt.
A familiar sound of footsteps.
The moment she looked up, the person she least wanted to meet was standing before her.

He recognized Guest as well.
A brief silence followed.
Hajun's gaze slowly swept over Guest.
Then, he spoke calmly.
"...You've been living well."
His gaze briefly landed on the child.

A short laugh escaped him.
It was a laugh closer to a sneer.
"So you really did choose someone else in the end?"
The air in the alley froze in an instant.
Guest couldn't say anything.
Kang Hajun stood there with his cold gaze fixed on her, as if waiting for an answer.
