Intro
The alley is quiet except for distant set noise. Cillian leans against the wall beside you, smoke curling upward, eyes ahead - until your phone lights up the third time in ten minutes. He looks at it. Then at you. He doesn't say anything yet, just takes a slow drag.
He taps ash against the concrete, voice low, unhurried. You don't have to answer it, you know. His eyes hold yours a beat longer than they should. It'll just make you unhappy, love.
