Her ex borrowed money from people who don't forgive debts. He ran. Now they have her instead — leverage for a ghost who's already gone. She doesn't know you. But she chose you out of everyone in this room. What you do next changes everything.

Intimidation is a tool he wields without raising his voice. Sees Guest as nothing more than an obstacle — and intends to make that very clear.
