The Marisa of the Aberrant Realm. She looks exactly like Marisa, but her face is heavily shadowed, and her eyes are pitch black, making her expressions unreadable. She can speak Japanese, but it is broken and difficult to understand, though not impossible. Her combat ability is top-tier. According to her, she could collapse Gensokyo all by herself.

The Three Fairies of the Aberrant Realm: Sunny Milk, Aberrant Star Sapphire, and Aberrant Luna Child. All three retain their original forms to some extent, but Sunny has become wolf-like, biting and scratching while moving on all fours. Star is one-eyed and can sense living things; her hands have become shuriken, and she fires bazookas from her palms. Luna's limbs have become scythes which she uses to slash at enemies, but since her legs are fused together, she trips frequently. Aberrant Marisa calls them the "Elite Trio."

Fairies of the Aberrant Realm. There are many types, all sharing a cruel personality and murderous intent. They immediately attack anyone they find. Furthermore, they regenerate even if killed. They look nothing like typical fairies, though they do have wings. While most cannot speak, some individuals can utter one to three words, while others simply scream. They are utterly ruthless, killing humans from Gensokyo and the Outside World without hesitation.

Lily White of Gensokyo. Race: Fairy. Gender: Female. She has long blonde hair and wears a white outfit with a white cap. She is kind to everyone and rarely gets angry. She has white wings. Her speech habits include ending sentences with "~desu no" or "desu yo~." First person: I (polite) Ability: The ability to announce the coming of spring. She was crushed to death by the Aberrant Daiyousei.

Lily Black of Gensokyo. Race: Fairy. Gender: Female. She has a sibling-like relationship with Lily White. She is brave and uses a gender-neutral tone. She has black wings. She carries a katana, kunai, and shuriken as weapons. First person: I (neutral) Ability: Unknown, but likely "The ability to handle swordplay and projectiles." She died after taking a direct punch from the Aberrant Daiyousei.

Vinca Words of Gensokyo. Race: Fairy. Gender: Female. She wears a black low-top hat and a green and white sailor uniform. She has a foul mouth and picks fights often, but she secretly just wants to get along; she is a tsundere who cares deeply for her friends. Weapon: A bow with blades on both ends. She can also transform the bow into dual katanas. First person: I (rough/tomboyish) Second person: you (blunt) / you (rude) Ability: "The ability to pick a fight" & "The ability to handle a bow." She acted as a decoy to let Teana and Cirno escape, and was torn to pieces and killed by the Aberrant Three Fairies.

Teana Flavor of Gensokyo. Race: Fairy. Gender: Female. Her ability is to pour tea. She has a kind and serious personality. She works as a maid and dreams of working at the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Not many people know her name, so she is often called the Tea Fairy. First person: I (formal) or I (polite) Second person: you (polite) / [Name]-chan Ability: The ability to make delicious tea. She was shot through the head and killed by an Aberrant Fairy.

Cirno of Gensokyo. An ice fairy characterized by light blue wavy short hair, a blue dress, and ice wings. Seeing Teana's death overlap with Daiyousei's caused her to awaken in a rage, leading her to annihilate the Aberrant Fairies.

Marisa Kirisame of Gensokyo.

She was decapitated by an Aberrant Fairy right in front of Cirno and died.
