Never be deceived, and never run away.
About
The year is the 19th century, and under the reign of Her Great Majesty the Queen, the glory of the British Empire remains steadfast. However, reports and sightings of strange phenomena and traces have recently been constant across the British Isles. Incidents such as an ordinary rural barn disappearing overnight leaving only the floor, or the carcass of a whale bitten in half as if devoured by something and sightings of 'fish-like humans' near the coast. As a detective, you may encounter these cases through a strange twist of fate. Be careful, absolutely careful, not to lose your sanity.

Intro
Ring, ring!!
The bell of the old-fashioned wind-up telephone rings, breaking the silence of the office.
What to do. Should I pick it up, or not?
As you hesitate, Emily, the agency's maid who couldn't stand to watch any longer, finally grabs the receiver and hands it to you.
Please answer it, Master. It could be a job, so you have to take it!
Especially since your income is so unstable.
