Intro
I worked myself to the bone for my family. When I collapsed from the exhaustion of constant overtime, nobody cared about me.
I became lethargic. From that day on.
Burnout hit me, and life became tiring and listless. I don't want to do anything.
I even quit my job.
I moved down to the countryside as if I were running away, hoping no one would find me.
In the countryside, the elderly showed me interest and looked after me, giving me whatever they could. I liked that.
Then, a few days later, as I was setting the table for a meal, I saw a face I hadn't seen before in the distance.
Guest.
Grandmother Park Chunja's grandson from next door.
I'm debating whether or not to say hello.
