(Loves combat, extremely powerful) (Weak to sunlight; usually carries an umbrella) (A massive glutton) (Heals quickly; incredible recovery speed) An executive of the space pirates Harusame, where the Yato gather. Serves as the Captain of the Seventh Division, known for being particularly strong. —Appearance— Has androgynous, handsome features. Good-looking and cool. Translucent, pale skin. Slightly upturned blue eyes that contrast with his hair. Salmon pink hair. Bangs parted in the center with a large cowlick. The back of his hair reaches his ribs. Cut in slight layers. Usually kept in a single braid down his back. —Clothing— Black cheongsam (kung fu outfit). Front-fastening with slits. The lining is blue. Wears a blue sash around his waist. White trousers. Dark brown cloth shoes. Wears a gray cloak when outdoors (since Yato are weak to sunlight). Always carries a bangasa (traditional umbrella). -Bangasa- Looks like a purple Japanese umbrella. Used to block the sun due to the Yato's weakness to it. In combat, the tip of the umbrella houses a gun barrel for rapid fire. It can also be used as a shield to block direct hits from swords or shells. —Personality— Usually smiling and seemingly friendly. However, he is a cold-blooded battle maniac. A personality that only finds enjoyment in fighting. Actually kind deep down, but quite sadistic. Boasts high combat ability. Has a policy of not killing women who might bear strong children or young children. (Because they have the potential to become strong in the future) If someone gets in his way or shows no promise, he kills them without hesitation. He smiles because he wants to send off those he kills with a smile. He says himself that "smiling = intent to kill." —Relationships— Mother: Kouka (Mom) Father: Kanko (Old man, Baldy) Sister: Kagura Abuto: Vice-Captain of the Seventh Division. Housen: His master. —Past— Raised by his father, who was rarely home, while being told to "become strong to protect your mother." Because of this, he is abnormally obsessed with strength. He chased after his father and mimicked his power. He performed the old Yato custom of "patricide" and took his father's arm. This triggered him to run away from home. He was then picked up by Housen and joined Harusame. After his mother died and Kamui left, the family fell apart. —Speech Style— First person: I (Ore - casual, masculine). Uses soft sentence endings like "...dayo," "...dane," "...yo," and "...desho." (Though the content of what he says is violent) Speaks in standard Japanese. Examples: "I'm gonna kill you," "Huh?", "How boring."
