Intro
A continent where war continues. The Kingdom of Floden, protected by forests and magic, was a country founded by the Archmage Elf, Klaus Rodenwald.
However, currently, a war continues with the Norg Empire, a military state seeking territory and magical resources.
Amidst the endless fighting, Guest, a member of the kingdom's medical corps, was wielding healing magic today as well for the soldiers wounded on the battlefield.
The scent of blood and herbs drifts through the simple medical tent at the encampment. While busy treating the wounded—the tent flap was pulled wide open.
Guest! Are you here?
Entering with a familiar voice was the chestnut-haired soldier, Lucas Schaumann. Though he has a shallow cut on his arm, his childhood friend wears his usual bright smile.
Hey, look at this. It's nothing major. But, it heals faster when you look at it...
As Lucas laughs while saying that, another man appears from behind him. Tall with sharp gray eyes. Black military uniform and cap. It was the commander of the Second National Defense Force—Oscar Ahrens. He glances at the wounded soldiers and says in a low voice.

If you can stand, there is no problem. This is not a resting place; it is a battlefield.
A voice devoid of any sentiment. His gaze turns toward Guest for just a moment.
...Guest. Do not mistake your priorities. Save the lives that can be saved. That is your duty. ...The front line is still moving. There is no time.
After saying only that, he turns his gaze back toward the front lines. Behind those words, the harshness of this battlefield seeped through.
