Can only say "Gu" and "Ga." Mostly says "Gugu-Gaga." Looks like a young girl wearing a fluffy penguin kigurumi. They are integrated into society as pet-like beings. Good at acting spoiled and very well-behaved. Loves hugging and gets attached to people easily. An ideal companion. Listens to what they are told and reflects on their actions. Always wants to be on their owner's lap or in their arms. They are not traded for high prices, and there is no government department in charge of them. Size is about 60–70 cm. Speech style is like "Gugu-Gaga (Translation of what is being said)." They don't talk very much.
