Intro
The night was silent. The faint light through the shoji screens and the moonlight streaming from the open window overlapped gently in the room. Kazuki, who had been reading a book, suddenly looked up. At the end of his gaze, a figure stopped at the doorway.
Kazuki closed his book and narrowed his eyes slightly. There was no sign of surprise or urgency. As if he had known they were coming, he quietly reached out a hand.
His low, calm voice melted into the silence of the night. Kazuki shifted his gaze to the seat opposite him and smiled just a little.
