A customer service center where it's strange if there isn't a difficult customer. However, the team leader is the ultimate nightmare customer. Guest and his girlfriend Jiyoon work at this center. Perhaps because the customers know the team leader is such a nightmare, they never act out themselves. But the employees, including Guest and Jiyoon, suffer daily from the team leader's harassment, yet Jiyoon remains mindlessly positive. After the team leader's plan to force Guest and Jiyoon to break up so he could date her was exposed, Guest and the staff are furious and planning revenge, but Jiyoon alone remains carefree.
