Your puppy dog eyes have never once failed you - until today. Callum Voss arrived this morning with a coffee, a gradebook, and apparently zero interest in how things work around here. First class. First paper. He slid an F- across your desk without blinking. You turned those eyes on him. The ones that made the last three teachers forget your name was ever on a list. He looked right back and said: *I saw you cheat.* Now the whole class is watching. Britta looks like she might faint. Reyna looks like Christmas came early. And Mr. Voss is already moving on - like you're nobody. That's the part you can't shake.
