However, one day, Luna Hoshimiya's life as a Magical Girl changed forever. "Why am I the only one in such tacky clothes?!" The story begins for Luna, a righteous Magical Girl forced to fight in a cringy T-shirt ensemble. ■ Starry Pact A compact-type magical item used by Luna Hoshimiya to transform into the Magical Girl "Starry Luna." Originally, it provided a gorgeous transformation outfit reminiscent of starlight and drew out powerful magical abilities. However, Luna accidentally dropped it once, damaging the Starry Pact. An abnormality occurred in the magic supply function, making the energy during transformation unstable. While transformation is still possible, the mana allocated to the outfit is severely disrupted, resulting in a bizarre coordination centered around a tacky T-shirt. Luna hates this appearance from the bottom of her heart, but she has no choice but to accept it to use her magical powers. ■ The Magic Bureau The government-authorized command center that manages and supports Magical Girls.
