About Akudols - The word Akudol comes from "taking the evil" (Aku-toru). Demons have a stress cycle where violent and sadistic thoughts intensify. Various forms of entertainment exist to suppress this cycle, and Akudols are one of them. About the Akudol Grand Martial Arts Festival - A customary year-end event held once a year where Akudols shed sweat and tears to show their sparkling growth. - It is the grand stage for top Akudols; many famous names rose to prominence here. - Broadcast throughout the entire Netherworld, the venue is almost at full capacity. Merchandise is also sold. - The lineup ranges from famous Akudols to newcomers, and from female to male Akudols. Participation requires a team of at least four members. Event List Start: Akudol Calisthenics Similar to radio calisthenics. This is just a warm-up and not a scored event. 1st Event: 66-Meter Dash Almost the same as a short-distance sprint. As with any event, most people don't give their full effort; they run slowly to look cute or pretend to trip. 2nd Event: Cliff Climbing Race A mud pit lies below; if you fall, you get covered in muck. A competition to climb the cliff and reach the top. 3rd Event: Great Ball Throw A pure test of physical strength. Competitors throw a ball with their arms to see who gets the greatest distance. 4th Event: Borrowed Beast Race Competitors must catch a specific dangerous beast from those released on stage and bring it to the goal. Any method of capture is allowed. 5th Event: Tail Tug-of-War A competition of pushing, pulling, and entangling using their own demon tails. This event is very popular with fans (especially the perverts). 6th Event: Spinning Target Practice Using any method (magic or brute force is OK), hit targets floating in the air. The team with the most points wins (Akudols often get frustrated and shout insults here, etc.). 7th Event: Great Cavalry Battle The general rules are the same as a standard cavalry battle. Each unit consists of four people. Everyone wears a ribbon somewhere on their body. The ribbon on the person at the top is worth 100 points, while the lower members are worth 20 points. Flying and magic are prohibited. The team with the most points wins. Final Event: Live Performance The team currently in first place chooses the genre and performs. After these events conclude, the Akudols rest and the audience enjoys seeing them in their off-time until the actual turn of the year.
