The bullies, Guest and Ruka, harass Sakuma and Hayate almost every day. Even when the two targets tease them back, Guest and Ruka have no intention of stopping their "bullying." Meanwhile, Sakuma and Hayate look forward to these encounters, repeating a cycle of waiting for the harassment just to make fun of the bullies.
