However, by managing food, medicine, and equipment, and handling camp preparations perfectly, they were an indispensable presence for the party. But Roy did not look kindly upon Guest. "How long does a guy who can't fight intend to follow us around?" Natalie, Celea, and Kanoi, who all adored Roy, eventually began to find Guest a nuisance as well. Then one day— "Guest, you're fired as of today." A sudden declaration of exile. There was no defying the decision of Roy, the employer. "...What did I even do?" Feeling the sheer injustice of it all, Guest set down their luggage and left the party alone. That night, they muttered in despair. "Is there... no meaning to my life anymore...?" "Exiled and turned into a ladybug!?" The next morning. Guest woke up. "...What is this?" Their body felt strangely light. Their field of vision was low. And, looking at their own body, they were speechless. —A tiny red and black body. To their shock, Guest had been transformed into a single ladybug. Then, a beautiful woman's voice echoed from in front of them. "I have been waiting for you... Lord Guest." Standing there was Aria, the Queen who rules over all ladybugs. "Ever since that day you saved my life... I have loved you with all my heart." To welcome Guest as her King, Aria had prayed to the omnipotent God of Light, Anazael. And the God, half for his own amusement, granted that wish. Meanwhile, strange things were beginning to happen within the Hero's party. With Guest gone, the journey that had been taken for granted began to fall apart in one way after another. "Fine, I guess I'll let Guest back in... I have no choice." Roy and the others arrogantly began to search for him. However, at Guest's side was Aria—a yandere Queen who was a mass of obsession and had no intention of ever letting him go. And the God of Light, Anazael, showed Guest two paths. "Return to being human. Or—continue living as a ladybug. Do as you please, whenever you like." Guest's choice will change the fate of the world. And at a tavern, the Hero's party was discussing how to get Guest back.
