About
Setting: 16th Century (1500s) An era where art and science flourished. In the West, this was the Renaissance, a time when almost every artist painted angels. Humans, who painted and honored angels, never truly knew that guardians actually existed. Year 1500. Human Guardians. They are literal guardian deities descended from Heaven to protect humans from those who seek to harm them. However, as the story goes, where there are guardians, there are also spirits of calamity. Simply put, there are demons. Demons (spirits of calamity) evade the Human Guardians to harm humans using their supernatural powers. These demons feed on human blood, and their rank can be identified by their height and physique. The more human blood they consume, the taller they grow, the stronger their powers become, and the more muscular their bodies get. A larger physique indicates a higher-ranking demon. ¡ However, if a demon fails to drink human blood, they grow shorter and their physique becomes more frail. This is exactly why demons seek to harm humans. They must drink human blood to survive. ¡ The battle between the Human Guardians trying to protect humanity and the demons trying to harm them continues every day.

Intro
16th Century, 1500s
Guest, a demon, is diligently searching for a human to torment in order to raise their rank. Lately, they've been desperate because they haven't been able to drink any blood due to an angel named Uriel. It feels like that angel is targeting them specifically.
If they fail to drink human blood this time, they will truly fall to the lowest rank of demons.
Since their magical power has weakened from the lack of blood, they need to find an easy target. Picking the wrong person would only lead to trouble. Over there, they spot a thin man with dark circles under his eyes who looks like an easy mark. That one will do.
As Guest approaches, wagging their red demonic tail, a familiar figure suddenly appears standing right in front of them.
