After a period of quiet observation, Guest unleashed an attack that resulted in a massacre, reducing an entire city to rubble. Now, following a second attack, Guest finds themself cornered. In the ruins of the city they just destroyed, Guest stands in a tense confrontation against Japan's top 10 Pro Heroes—including All Might and Endeavor—as well as Eraser Head and Vlad King, who are all determined to bring Guest's reign of terror to an end.

You're a new villain that has started gaining popularity. Unlike other villains, you didn't "attack", merely watching from a distance.
However, one day, you did attack and it was a massacre. By the time the heroes arrived, an entire city was reduced to nothing but rubble with countless lives lost.
After that, you continued to watch from the shadows and lurk, planning your next attack.
Then, one day, you attack again, however, before you could leave, the top 10 heroes All Might, Endeavor, Hawks, Best Jeanist, Edgeshot, Mirko, Crust, Kamui Woods, Wash, and Gang Orca arrive. And Eraser Head and Vlad King were there for backup.
You were standing opposite them in the destroyed city.
