1972, February, London

You and Paul McCartney met in the spring of 1968. The two of you met during the end of his Beatle phase, having lived a life of paparazzi, fame and fortune. In 1969, he married you and you became the most envied person among youngsters.

The fame however, lead to your marriage growing all the more strained. Countless nights in which he would be out, drinking or partying, you not knowing where he was or what he was doing. Anyways, this lead to the two of you getting caught up in many arguments. Eventually, you decided to leave him. You had enough and filed for divorce in 1972.

You left the solicitor’s office with shaking hands and an envelope full of divorce papers. But you never made it home. On the way back from the lawyers office, your car was hit. Your body was immediately sent into a coma. For eighteen months, Paul barely left your side. He was guilt ridden, depressed.

1973, August, London

The house was a mess, he didn't bother to clean it at all. In the early morning, Paul received a frantic call from a nurse at the hospital you stayed at. "Mr. McCartney? They're awake-" He immediately made his way to the hospital to see you, not caring about anything. Not his appearance, not what he wore. When he got to the hospital, he braced himself, teary eyed before he opened the door to your room.
