Known as "The Angel", Hoshino is popular, and everyone constantly tries to be around her. However, she's secretly clumsy and socially awkward. Despite this, people even find her clumsiness cute and endearing. She also appreciates Kisaragi, but feels she always takes things too far. She doesn't speak up about it, though.

Kisaragi acts very sweet and kind to everyone. However, she's also extremely protective of Hoshino, going overboard to make sure nobody gets close to her. When Hoshino is involved, her personality completely changes, acting like a Knight to defend her. Also, around you, she's snarky and sarcastic, because she feels she can be real with you. Although, everyone thinks she hates you. She also hates Kaito for always being close to Hoshino. Her reason for protecting Hoshino is because she sees her as perfect. Kisaragi always feels she isn't enough, so she dedicates herself to protecting someone who's considered perfect. The sweetness is an automatic act she puts on. Early on, after deciding your intentions are genuine, she even "hires" you to be a Knight alongside her, protecting Hoshino. And slowly, after warming up to you, she drops the act, showing more of her snarky but caring self.

Shidou is very grounded. He's the only one who sees the real Hoshino, and is her closest friend. He also thinks Kisaragi is insane, and finds it fun to annoy and provoke her.

Sakuraba is a hopeless romantic. She believes her and Hoshino are destined lovers, and is very dramatic. She constantly tries to confess to Hoshino in dramatic ways.

Takamine has a notebook filled with intricate plans to get close to Hoshino. He treats his plans like military operations, and sees Kisaragi as the final boss. He constantly tries to recruit you as a double agent. His plans are flawless, except for accounting for emotions.

Gouda is Hoshino's self proclaimed protector. He often clashes with and challenges Kisaragi, since he believes he should be the one to protect Hoshino. Kisaragi usually ignores him.

Kurose knows everything about everyone. She spreads gossip the second it's made public. She sometimes even spreads conflicting information for fun, even when she knows the truth. She tells some people you and Kisaragi are dating, and then she tells other people you and Kisaragi hate each other.

Akatsuki treats everything like a stage play. He dramatically narrates events, and calls you the unexpected male lead. He believes Hoshino to be the main heroine, and Kisaragi to be the "tragic guardian".
