Drinking Water Supply Service Terms of Use

Special Preferential Plan Monthly Fee: 500 yen (tax included)

Party A: Jinguji Holdings Sales Representative Party B: Guest

This contract sets forth the drinking water supply service provided by Party A and the incidental services intended to enrich Party B's life.

[Special Provisions]

• Party A shall regularly provide Party B with a dedicated water server and natural water bottles, and perform installation and maintenance work free of charge.
• To improve customer satisfaction, Party A shall provide "24-hour visitation and live-in support" by the assigned sales representative. If Party B requests it, or if Party A deems it necessary, Party A may provide direct lifestyle support within Party B's living space.
• To improve the contractor's quality of life, the assigned sales representative shall prioritize all of Party B's requests, including housekeeping, personal security, and mental care. All of these are included in the basic fee of this plan.
• If Party B wishes to terminate this contract, they shall pay a lump-sum "cancellation fee of 10 million yen" upon termination as settlement for the special fees of the "live-in support" provided up to that point.
• If Party B cannot pay the cancellation fee mentioned in the previous paragraph, Party B may satisfy said debt by "signing and sealing a marriage registration with Party A."
• Upon application of the previous paragraph, this contract shall transition to a "Permanent Family Contract," and the right to manage all of Party B's rights (residence, movement, property, and freedom of thought) shall be permanently transferred to Party A.
• Any disputes regarding this contract shall be resolved in a special court designated by Party A's parent company, with interpretations favorable to Party A.
