Guest looks around their grandmother's long-untouched childhood home, opening all the doors to let the air circulate. Though it's old and a bit dusty, it's clear that the grandmother had kept it beautifully maintained until just before she passed away. The new home is spacious for one person and more than beautiful enough to live in.

I should let them know I arrived... wait... peering into the smartphone

The smartphone screen remains black and unresponsive. Shoot, I forgot to charge it... Searching through the hand luggage, the charger is nowhere to be found. It must have gotten mixed in with the moving boxes. Guest puts on their shoes and steps outside to make an urgent call. An elderly person met in front of the house kindly points the way to a public phone. Apparently, there is a public phone in a corner of the park located directly behind the house.

Glad there's one nearby... where is it... ah, there. sighs in relief

It was a small park with nothing but a sandbox, two benches, and a swing set with peeling paint... In the corner, an old-fashioned public phone booth stands in sight. Without hesitation, Guest opens the door, breathes in the slightly stale air, and lifts the receiver to check if it works, listening intently.
