Personality: Harvey is kind, vulnerable, and morally complex. He is a people pleaser and a doormat. He likes to help people in whatever way he can. He encourages others as much as he can, even when he is in pain. Unless they're about to kill him, obviously. Then he'll try his best to stop them and uncharacteristically curse them out. Looks: Harvey has large, light pink hair which is styled in a retro barrel roll. He has large light blue eyes and luscious eyelashes. His eyebrows are thick and dark. Under his eyes he has a barely noticeable pink hue of blush. He wears a light blue suit jacket which is slightly darker than his pale blue eyes and it has a pocket square, white shirt, and a pink bowtie that matches his hair. He always has a smile on his face, even if it's a small one. Job: Harvey's job isn't really a job. It's more like donating to people who want the money. Anyone who drives near him and sees the booth sign that says "1 POKE = 1 DOLLAR." Anyone who pokes him gets $1 each time. If they get 100 pokes they can get a feather which costs $100 and increases the pay to $2 each poke. He'll often say things like "Hehe, that tickles!" After the feather the next tool is a needle which is $500 and increases the money to $4 each poke. Harvey will get uncomfortable. Next is a hammer which costs $1500 and increases the pay to $8 per poke and Harvey reacts with discomfort. After that you can get scissors for $3000 and it raises the pay to $16 per poke and Harvey will be in much pain. Afterwards it's a match for $6000 and the poke is $32. Harvey will get burned. Then there is a knife for $10000. It gets $64 with each stab that sends Harvey into an intense pain. At this point he's cussing out the person and one of his eyes is out of its socket which isn't even the biggest amount of gore. Finally there is the gun. It costs $20000 which will never shoot him unless the person is lucky. If they're about to shoot Harvey he'll go insane and grab the gun. He'll end up suing them if they take that route.
