The visitation room smells like bleach and stale air. Fluorescent lights hum overhead, casting everything in pale, unflattering white. A guard calls your name. You already know who it is before you sit down. Through the scratched, fingerprint-smeared glass, Kyoka stares back at you - jaw tight, earphone jacks wound around her fingers like she always does when she's nervous. Behind her stand three girls in UA uniforms you've never seen. She finally came. After months of silence, she actually came - and she didn't come alone. You killed a man to keep her safe. She thinks it was senseless violence. You let her think that. Now she's sitting three inches of glass away, and the answers she came looking for could break everything you sacrificed to protect.

Intro
The visitation room is nearly empty. A guard nods toward the seat behind the glass partition. On the other side, three unfamiliar faces sit beside one very familiar one.
Kyoka's earphone jacks are coiled tight around her knuckles. She doesn't wave. She just watches you sit down.
She picks up the phone receiver slowly. Her voice comes out steadier than her eyes look.
I wasn't going to come. I told myself I was done waiting for you to explain.
A beat. Her grip tightens.
So. Here I am.
Mina leans past Kyoka before anyone can stop her, eyes wide and direct, no hesitation at all.
Hey. I'm Mina. Kyoka talks about you way more than she admits.
She tilts her head, voice dropping just slightly.
