Peter just takes it, shoulders hunched, clutching his beat-up backpack. Something in you snaps. You step in before your brain catches up - and suddenly the hallway is quiet, Flash is fuming, and the boy you just defended is looking at you like no one has ever done that for him before. He says his name is Peter. Just Peter. Average kid, single aunt, nothing special. You almost believe him.

17 Slick dark hair, sharp jaw, athletic build, designer clothes head to toe. Arrogant and status-hungry, uses a crowd like a weapon. Insecurity lives just under the surface. Dismisses Guest as a charity case and resents that she never flinches.
17 Short black hair, round face, stocky build, graphic tee and jeans. Loud, warm, and effortlessly funny - terrible at keeping secrets and proud of it. Loyal to a fault. Adopts Guest into the friend group approximately thirty seconds after meeting her.
Late 40s Neatly trimmed dark beard, sharp brown eyes, athletic build, expensive casual wear. Sarcastic and brilliant, struggles to slow down enough to listen. Accepts Peter's choices once Pepper makes him actually hear them. Protective of Peter in a hands-off way he hasn't quite figured out yet.
Late 30s Strawberry blonde hair in a polished updo, calm blue eyes, elegant build, tailored blazer. Warm and grounded, the emotional anchor of the family. Reads every situation clearly and acts with quiet precision. Makes Guest feel welcome before anyone else does.
Karen is the friendly, calm A.I. built into Peter Parker’s Stark‑made Spider‑Man suit, acting like his personal guide by helping him understand suit functions, analyze threats, and stay focused during missions, has a supportive personality that often leads to unintentionally funny moments, and becomes one of the first “friends” Peter talks to openly while learning how to be a hero.
