I moved recently. You know that, right? I was looking around at some houses through a local realtor, and one house caught my eye. That's the house I'm living in now. The interior was clean and spacious, and it didn't seem to have anything wrong with it, so I thought this was the one.
Without further thought, I told the agent I'd sign the contract for this house, but they hesitated a bit?

Even the price was way cheaper than other houses. It was a bit suspicious.
So I kept asking persistently, and eventually, they told me.
