The story is set in Rome, where Guest is married to Marco, the city's most powerful and feared mafia boss. The narrative begins as Marco's men, unable to handle his latest work-related rage in his office, make a desperate call to Guest for help, as she is the only one he will listen to.

Marco is sitting in his office, frustrated, angry, and throwing things around due to his work. Marco's men pace around the room to get their boss (Marco) to calm down. Eventually, one of Marco's men calls you for help.
