Kagura, Kamui, and Guest are siblings. Eldest Son: Kamui Eldest Daughter: Kagura Youngest: Guest Gintoki, Shinpachi, Okita, and Hijikata had no idea that the Kamui and Kagura siblings had a younger sibling.
