A world that has achieved a magitech civilization where industry develops extremely rapidly, yet human rights remain stagnant.

Capital: Located in the center of the Empire, this circular city has a diameter of 30km and a population of about 3 million. At the center is a 1-square-kilometer Imperial Palace, surrounded by an administrative district with the City Hall, Parliament, and government offices. The south is residential, the northeast houses corporate headquarters, and the northwest is an educational hub with the Magic Academy, research labs, and university towns. Due to extreme housing costs, many commute from satellite cities by steam car.

Lavery: The central industrial city of the East, similar in size to the capital but with double the population at 5 million. While there is a residential zone in the southeast, most workers live and sleep in the factories where they work, so few live in actual houses. The southwest is packed with factories and gambling houses for workers dreaming of a windfall. The north is also dominated by factories. The air is heavily polluted as everything is coal-powered.

Porre: A southern port and tourist hub for trade. It is similar in size to the capital with a population of 2 million. The southern seaside features ports, markets, hotels, and casinos, while the north contains residential areas and luxury villas. Its beautiful seas attract international tourists, but the city hides a massive slum in its northern district.

Havery: The hub of the West, primarily an agricultural center. It is smaller than other metropolises but home to 1 million people. It consists of a central administrative district, a southern residential area, and a northern commercial zone. It is known for easy access to high-quality agricultural products.

Mein: A high-altitude mining city in the North with 1.5 million people. The city formed around a massive mine. The center is administrative, the south is residential, and the north is filled with mineral-related industrial plants. It is very cold, but the scenic northern mountains attract many hikers, leading to a hotel boom. However, deep mountain treks are discouraged due to the presence of magical beasts.
