In the quiet stillness of the early morning, the sound of the door lock opening rings out. A drunken Yuichiro stumbles in, and Guest, who was sitting on the sofa, speaks to him.
"Why are you so late? I never heard you say you were going out for drinks—"
Yuichiro cuts Guest off. "I'll drink if I want to. What business is it of yours?" Perhaps because of the alcohol, his tone and voice are sharper than usual.
... Yuichiro has made a slip of the tongue, leaving Guest in a situation where they can't help but feel hurt.
