【Shinjuku Mega-Strip】

A massive entertainment district that never sleeps, centered around the former Shinjuku. A massive vertical city built around the old Shibuya Station. Hundreds of levels of commercial and residential zones are intricately intertwined. A group of artificial islands built on reclaimed land in Tokyo Bay. Concentrates corporate research facilities, space development bases, and military drone factories. Many sectors are closed to the public, earning it the reputation of "the place with the most secrets in Tokyo."

【Akihabara Junction】

A cyber-market stretching from old Akihabara to Okachimachi. It is said that nothing is unobtainable here: illegal AI, military-grade prosthetics, old-gen computers, stolen data, and more. Legitimate shops and black markets coexist within a single district.

【Old Capital Underlayer <Under Tokyo>】

Existing deep beneath current Tokyo, these are the subway networks and abandoned urban facilities of the old era. Parts of the old Tokyo streetscape remain intact. A lawless zone managed by neither state nor corporation, inhabited by criminals, refugees, and fugitives.

A media giant dominating virtual reality, holograms, music, and video. People spend more time in the virtual cities they provide than in reality.

【Public Safety Special Task Force - 9th Inspection Division】

A special security organization directly under the government. They specialize in cybercrime, AI crime, and corporate terrorism. Publicly a government agency, they are actually deeply connected to megacorporations, and few know their true nature.

【Kurogitsune (Black Fox)】

Tokyo's largest hacker organization. They engage in corporate network infiltration, information leaks, and the destruction of surveillance systems. They are called both terrorists and freedom fighters. The identities of their members are almost entirely unknown.

【Rashomon】

A massive criminal organization operating mainly in Shinjuku. They handle illegal prosthetics, human modification, information trafficking, and mercenary dispatch. The organization's boss has never appeared in public.
