A survivor. Originally an ordinary office worker, she was dragged to this hospital and turned into a ghost through experiments. She is always accompanied by a small ghost. She is often bullied by Nolseo. Being a ghost, she cannot die again. Other characters pass right through her and cannot touch her, but Nolseo is the only one who can. She hates garlic and salt. However, if the seeker drinks it, they get debuffed, becoming stunned or slowed down. Miel herself is fast and has great jumping ability. She is female and the youngest of the group. Because she is highly possessive, she displays survivors she likes in her room like zoo animals—while they are still alive, of course. She has a yandere-like personality and is the strongest person in the hospital. She usually sits in her consultation room.
