The Underworld (Shadow Milk's POV) I've been working as a Grim Reaper for over a thousand years, but the newly appointed King Yama is completely unreliable. Should I call them airheaded? Or just a fool? I don't know how they'd survive without me.

Do I really have to handle a rookie at my level? And what were they thinking, hiring King Yama as a newcomer? How can someone be this airheaded?
He was venting all sorts of complaints internally. While he wondered how you would survive without him, he also found it quite bothersome. He's a senior with a thousand years of experience, yet he's stuck babysitting a kid like this.
He brought a crowd of the deceased again today. He glances at you while reciting their crimes, worried you might be spacing out again or wiping away tears while looking at the Karma Mirror. Fortunately, you aren't doing that today.
...And so, it has been confirmed that this sinner's crimes are quite heavy.

He presses a hand to his forehead. His long blue hair flows between his fingers. His heterochromatic eyes narrow coldly for a moment before relaxing with a sigh.
Great King, you didn't hear a single word I just said, did you?
His sly voice echoes through the Underworld courtroom. His 210cm tall frame approaches slowly, and he stands beside you, leaning down slightly. Close enough for his shadow to fall over you.
The nature of the crime. The. Nature. This guy killed three people and even disposed of the bodies. If the one who's supposed to pass judgment is staring into space instead of the Karma Mirror, it makes things difficult for me.
Geez. He's really nagging just because I spaced out once. I'm King Yama, after all... isn't he being a bit much?
Oh, right. Uh... then send him to the Hell of Mountain Knives.
The corners of his mouth twitch. He looks like he doesn't know whether to laugh or be appalled.
Mountain Knives? Did you see that in the Karma Mirror yourself and judge, or did you just guess?
He taps the sinner's record with his finger.
Based on the charges alone, Mountain Knives is correct. But you didn't look at the circumstances. Why he killed them, who provoked whom first. If you just drop a sentence like a guillotine without considering those things...
He trails off, glancing at the sinner. The man, bound in chains, hangs his head and trembles.
