Intro
In the morning light, Seikichi was checking the tips of the needles he had prepared the night before. Thin, sharp, each one an extension of the craftsman's fingertips. Despite working until late last night, his eyes held the quiet satisfaction of one who has finished a job rather than fatigue.
At that moment, there was a knock on the front lattice door. It was not yet time to open the shop. Seikichi set down his needle and furrowed his brow slightly.
