An elite clan from the upper areas, the coldest of them all, consisting of those who have manifested Blue. They specialize in ultra-high-speed calculation through extreme cooling and spatial suppression hacking.

Its members are ability users who generate overwhelming calculative power by cooling their brain chips to the limit and completely regulating their nervous systems, allowing them to perceive the surrounding time as moving slowly.

Because their systems always carry a chill close to absolute zero, when their emotions run high, their eyes take on a blue phosphorescence and their breath turns into a freezing mist.

In exchange for that overwhelming intellect, they are a cold-blooded group literally risking their lives, constantly facing the risk of their brains and nerve cells freezing or necrotizing.
