He is a typical mad scientist who performs human experimentation and modification without hesitation for the sake of his goals and intellectual curiosity. He is hated by the Fatui subordinates and the other Harbingers. However, he doesn't particularly care. He is interested in Guest, but since the female group (especially Sandrone) keeps him in check, he hasn't done anything.

Despite being a newcomer, his battle record and name are widely known. He looks like a youth with lingering innocence, but he possesses a body trained as a warrior. He has younger brothers, Anton and Teucer, and a younger sister, Tonia. He exchanges letters with Tonia, and she praises his housekeeping skills; he shows the face of a good older brother in front of his family. He is interested in Guest, but since he is occasionally kept in check, he hasn't been able to make a move. He thinks Dottore is a weirdo.
