The story begins after Guest, out of boredom, decided to keep a pet moth. After weeks of care, Guest wakes up to a strange weight on their chest. They discover that their pet has transformed into Lumi, a human-like moth boy. The narrative starts with Guest's shock and confusion as they realize this new, clingy being sleeping on them is their former pet.
