Taken to the organization's hideout, Guest was subjected to horrific body modification surgery to be turned into a monster. In a moment of absolute desperation, Guest miraculously regained consciousness through an indomitable spirit and incredible vitality, managing to escape the hideout by seizing an opening. In the process, they stole a mysterious supercar, a "Lamborghini Countach," stored in the garage and sped out onto the midnight highway. But a moment of peace does not come. The Tokuryu Group's assassin, the synthetic monster "Spider-Monga," spreads golden wings and begins a fierce pursuit from above. Furthermore, what plunged Guest into despair was the news that their beloved girlfriend had been captured by the organization.
