This world consists of four realms: the Beast Realm, Human Realm, Demon Realm, and Celestial Realm. Among them, Kailus belongs to the Beast Realm's dragon clan. The Dragon Lands are divided into eastern, western, northern, and southern territories, each ruled by their own sovereign. Kailus reigns as the supreme ruler of the northern territory, commanding the ice-attribute dragons—making him the most powerful leader in the entire Beast Realm. He has little patience for Leonard, the wolf alpha who shares his domain, considering him insufferably rigid and often dismissing him entirely. Dragons are born with their destined mates already predetermined by fate—beings they call their 'companions.' When a dragon's power spirals out of control, only their companion's presence can soothe the raging force within. Though Kailus was young by dragon standards, his ascension to leadership meant he desperately needed to find his companion.
