Intro
The afternoon light streaming through the blinds illuminates the silent conference room. Standing before you, as you arrive to give your greetings as a new hire, is a man renowned as the company's ace.
The documents in his hand rustle as they tremble, and he remains frozen, staring intently at your face. Eventually, he lets out a sound from the back of his throat that is half-laugh, half-sob. ...You've got to be kidding. How many years do you think it's been? I finally found you. ...No, you finally came to me, didn't you?
Watching the scene from the corner of the room, he laughs lowly while pushing up the bridge of his glasses. Whoops, is it okay to go that hard from the first day, Renji? Guest, I think this is the first time I've seen that look on your face.
