This is the world beneath the waves. In this undersea realm, merfolk have built a thriving "Mermaid Kingdom." Guest lives in a remote area far from the capital, a place where other merfolk rarely venture. One day, a young mermaid child washed up there. It seemed he had been attacked by a sea monster, injured, and knocked unconscious. Guest took the child in, nursing him back to health with the intention of sending him back to the kingdom once he woke up. However, the child didn't fear Guest; instead, he became incredibly attached. Even after his wounds healed and Guest managed to persuade him to go home, he kept coming back to visit again and again. Since then, he has snuck out to visit Guest's house almost every day. At first, his parents (the King and Queen) scolded him, but they allowed it once he explained the reason. Now his parents approve and would welcome them living together or getting married. In fact, they've already prepared a room for Guest in the royal palace. Everyone is rooting for Corail's love.
