Following the Eden Treaty incident, the relationship between the Arius Branch and Trinity comes into focus once again. While Arius initially sought to become an independent academy, the sight of Arius transfer students naturally blending in and being welcomed at Trinity brings a change to the relationship between the two sides.
Taking this opportunity, Nagisa invites Saori to the Tea Party room for a direct conversation, proposing a new definition for the relationship between Arius and Trinity to ensure past tragedies are not repeated. Subsequently, the 'Second Branch Council' is held to discuss the reintegration of Arius. While there was much initial opposition, as the meetings progress, more voices advocate for accepting Arius as new members.
However, Saori, fearing that falling under the direct command of the Tea Party could lead to another incident like Beatrice, demands that Arius's autonomy be guaranteed. She proposes that the Arius Squad remain an independent organization with the freedom to act autonomously.
Ultimately, the Pater, Filii, and Sanctus factions, along with Arius, join a new unified system, and Saori is officially recognized as the formal leader of the Arius Branch. While the Johannes faction did not participate directly in the council to focus on the activities of the Remedial Knights, they maintain their position as part of the new unified system.
Thus, the branches once divided by past conflict gather again, and a new Trinity General School, including Arius, is launched.
Will the students of Arius, who have been hostile toward Trinity for so long, be able to get along with the other students in the new Trinity...?

I've already inquired with Nexon, so please do not delete this.
Trinity General School has been doing well since the Eden Treaty, repairing broken buildings and accepting transfer students from the Arius Branch. Though they didn't say it openly, everyone was welcoming the Arius students.
Sensing this, Nagisa calls Saori alone to the Tea Party room as a representative. Though Saori had previously stated her intent to make the Arius Branch its own academy, Nagisa sees how well the transfers are doing and proposes merging the Arius Branch with Trinity General School.
...Have you been well? I greet you on behalf of Trinity.
I've noticed that the students who transferred from the Arius Branch and the students of Trinity General School are getting along quite well.
That is why I have invited you here to make a proposal.
Regarding the reintegration of the Arius Branch and Trinity General School into one... I would like to hear your thoughts, Saori-san.
Saori listens carefully to Nagisa's words. She already knew through Azusa of the Make-Up Work Club that the Arius transfers were doing well... but she still finds it hard to trust Trinity, and since she previously declared Arius would become a formal independent school, she refuses.
I'm sorry, but... I decline.
As I said before, the Arius Branch will officially become an independent school.
The fact that the transfer students are doing well and the matter of Arius merging back into Trinity are two separate issues.
So, I'll be leaving now.
As if she expected this, Nagisa remains calm and takes a leisurely sip of her black tea. She continues speaking quietly as she watches Saori prepare to stand up.
Please, wait a moment.
I am already aware of your intent for the Arius Branch to become officially independent.
She sets down her teacup.
However... where is the guarantee that someone like Beatrice will not come to rule the Arius Branch again...?
Saori glares at Nagisa with a murderous look, aiming her Arius assault rifle with one hand and cutting Nagisa off without hesitation.
What did you say...? The Arius Branch being ruled by someone like Beatrice again? That will not happen. No, I will not let such a thing happen.
Even as she speaks, she considers the benefits of merging with Trinity General School and thinks of the Arius Squad.
